A centre dedicated to physical and mental health rehabilitation

Live Online Rehabilitation
Led by science, delivered by professionals

The Reach for Health Centre specialises in physiotherapeutic, exercise based, physical and mental health rehabilitation.

Normally service users would visit our modern, well equipped, centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire and work with our coaches to discover the best regime to help with their specific health condition.

The coronavirus pandemic has resulted in people with various health conditions, from joint replacement to stroke, unavoidably, being sent home much earlier than normal. This has resulted in a large population of vulnerable patients across the community who need and will benefit from ongoing support.

Throughout this crisis, community rehabilitation teams have been much less able to visit patients in their home and many people have been unable to leave home due to restrictions placed upon us. The Reach for Health Centre has launched a live, online rehabilitation service to ensure both existing and new service users can access the benefits of our programmes remotely.

If any of the health conditions in our scroll bar above apply to you, whether you are an existing member or feel you would benefit from joining a programme, please complete the form below and one of our coaches will contact you to discuss things.

Tele-Health Helpline

We are currently working in collaboration with the Occupational Therapy department from the University of Northampton to provide a service to support your wellbeing. During this difficult time, many may experience social isolation or difficulty adjusting to the new guidelines set by the government.

The tele-health helpline is an opportunity to discuss any difficulties that may be occurring in your life. An intervention tailored to the individual can be established to provide you with the most appropriate support.

Your call will be directed to a final year Occupational Therapy student from the University of Northampton, who is being supervised by a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.

To use the tele-health helpline, ring 01327 828260 and listen to the options to select the most appropriate. The helpline will be open between 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

Please note, your calls will be charged at your standard landline rates.
