Stay Active

The 12 Stay Active programmes are examples of home exercise workouts, designed by our coaching team. The exercises are designed for those who are at risk of the Covid-19 virus, to help maintain or improve physical and mental health. You are welcome to mix and match the exercises and modify each exercise to suit your ability.
