Why Choose The Reach for Health Centre?

Although what we do is mostly exercise based,  The Reach for Health Centre cannot be compared to a commercial gym.

Firstly we are a charity with the sole purpose of supporting people to rehabilitate from minor,  acute and chronic health problems. Offering personalised programmes and where needed one to one support.

Secondly, as well as standard exercise equipment our specialised equipment is available to help many and varied needs.

The centre supports people who want to live a healthy, active and fulfilled life, developing programmes to help with Weight management, Mental health and long-term physical conditions to become more active. We provide tailored prescribed exercise which will be delivered in a variety of forms, ranging from guided, closely monitored, to one on one care throughout your sessions. As you progress and your level of independency improves, our coaches will make adjustments to your programme to ensure continual benefit.

Rehabilitation in 3 simple steps

Ask your GP to refer you to the ‘Reach for Health Centre’
(we are on Stefen Hill Ground, off Western Ave in Daventry).

You will be invited to attend the centre either to have a chat and
to see what we do or if you prefer a consultation.

Once enrolled you will be able to attend the centre and begin
the road to better health.

MEMBERSHIP & ATTENDANCE FEES

EFFECTIVE 1ST SEPTEMBER 2023

Please note: Subject to the individual’s specific needs, there may be a Session Supervision fee, in addition to monthly fees, please see below for details.
(This will be determined by our Rehabilitation Coaches).

As all fees are paid in advance and are for the use of the facility and available expertise, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. If you choose to cancel or freeze your direct debit payment, please provide us with 1 month’s notice.
